Description
Hiring adjunct private music lessons teachers in piano, strings, and woodwinds for the 2023-24 school year. Seeking a qualified, talented person to teach private music lessons to students aged 8-15 during the school day at Tuxedo Park School. Must have experience working with young children. Begin date: September, 2023 Finish date: June 1, 2024
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in music or the arts preferred
• Experience as a music teacher working with small children
• Must feel comfortable in an active and noisy setting
• Must demonstrate an understanding of basic music concepts and be able to communicate those concepts in a developmentally appropriate and age appropriate
manner with students ages 8-15.
• Ability to pass a background check
