Description
PreK-5 General Music and 5th Grade Chorus - The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered Long-Term Substitute Music Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will begin approximately October 19, 2026, and continue through approximately March 19, 2027. The successful candidate will provide engaging music instruction while maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, participation, and a love of music.
Requirements
-New York State Teacher certification in Music
-Preferred candidates will have expereince working with Elementary age students
-This job will include preparing for and executing three evening concerts - December 1st (5th Grade Chorus), December 8th (1st and 2nd Grade) and March 16th (5th Grade Chorus)
