The New Paltz CSD has an anticipated instructional vacancy: Full-time Probationary High School Instrumental Music Teacher/Band Director. NYS Music certification required. The New Paltz CSD is seeking candidates for the position of High School Instrumental Music Teacher/Band Director. The successful candidate must be energetic and passionate about music education. Experience is preferred as well as a demonstrated record of advancing music education within a school district. The current program includes: Concert Band; Jazz ensembles; Marching Band; Lessons; Music Theory; Music Literature; and African drumming. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply. AA/EOE
