Assistant Percussion Coach

Description

Assistant Percussion Coach works with both the drumline of the District Marching Band Program, and the Indoor Percussion Ensemble. Marching Band rehearses once a week (evening), and has multiple parades throughout the year. Indoor Percussion (during it\'s season) rehearses twice a week and has several weekend competition dates as part of the NYS Percussion Circuit.

Requirements

Knowledge of marching percussion technique is a must in one, or ideally more, of the following: snare, bass, tenors, and/or cymbals. Experience marching/playing at the collegiate level, or in a drum & bugle corp. is a plus.
