Description

Job Summary: An adjunct instructor of Clarinet is contracted by semester to provide the equivalent of 14 weeks of instruction to each student in their studio. Other duties include prescreening and grading their student’s recitals, and being available to grade juries for their students. Mileage reimbursement is available for those travelling more than 30 miles to get to our campus. Additional payment is available for performances on campus, based on the needs of our large ensembles and availability of recital dates. Responsibilities and Duties:  Teach lessons  Assist with recruitment efforts  Grade recitals given by your students  Grade juries given by your students  Perform as needed/available Compensation:  Lesson Rate $45 - $65 per hour  Pay rate varies based on degree level and experience.

Requirements

Educational/Experience Requirements:
 Master of Music or equivalent performance experience required.
