Accompanist for Choral Group

Description

We need an accompanist for a mixed choral group of up to 50-60 singers. We rehearse in a school in East Greenbush, NY on tuesday evenings from 7=9PM, have pre concert dress rehearsals on tuesday and wednesday evenings in the week before a planned concert, then usually have the concert on the sunday of that week. We have a Christmas Concert, and another concert usually in May. Our concerts are usually held in another East Greenbush school with plenty of seating capacity in its auditorium and great acoustics, followed by a get together with food and drinks in the cafeteria.

Requirements

Skill with a variety of piano\'s and keyboards, and a desire to work with a 4 part chorus and it\'s current director. We sing a variety of music, based on a specific theme in both yearly concerts, we have a break between the Christmas concert and the second week of January, and have the summers off except for current board members.
