Description
This position will focus on Orchestra and String Lessons. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strings and experience working with students who are playing string instruments. The successful candidate will have experience working with middle school students and have experience teaching general music in modern ways relevant to the 21st century student. The position includes grade 6 orchestra, grades 7/8 orchestra and small group lessons.
Requirements
Candidates must have a valid NYS Certification in Music Education or provide proof of eligibility for NYS certification.
